What are the COVID safety requirements at Lux Salon Studio Suites?
The health and safety of our tenants and clients are our top priority. In accordance with current guidelines, we require all individuals to wear masks while in our premises.
What is included in my rent?
Your rent covers a suite with a keyless entry door, access to amenities, maintenance of common areas, and utilities such as Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating, and cooling. Enjoy additional perks like our laundry area, break room, waiting area, and website directory listing. Our 24/7 secured access system ensures safety. Please be aware that tenants are responsible for cleaning their own suites.
How often is rent due at Lux Salon Studio Suites?
Rent is due every Saturday via Invoice or the App. We do accept cash and money orders
How long is the lease agreement?
The lease agreement at Lux Salon Studio Suites is for 12 months. We do offer daily rentals and stations.
What is the amount of the security deposit?
The security deposit at Lux Salon Studio Suites is equivalent to two weeks' rent. The exact amount may vary depending on the size of the suite you choose.
How do I reserve a suite at Lux Salon Studio Suites?
To reserve a suite apply through our application portal. Once we have received your application we will process it and get back to you.
Is there a lot of walk-in traffic
Lux Salon Studio Suites is designed for professionals who already have a strong, established clientele. We do accept walk-ins.
What are the facility hours at Lux Salon Studio Suites?
Our leasing/ tour office is available from 10 am to 5 pm every day. However, the tenants have 24/7 full access.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, we have free parking at both locations.
Can I decorate my suite at Lux Salon Studio Suites?
Yes you can customize your suite, with paint, any accent walls will be an additional fee of $125 non-refundable.
